Unboxing February's As Cold as Ice Box

This will be the last unboxing we'll do on our blog as we're moving them over to our Youtube channel from May's box onwards.

Februarys Ninja Book Box was themed As Cold as Ice and contained the first strictly crime novel we've included (we've had historical murder mysteries before but nothing in the contemporary crime genre). Without further ado, let's see what was in the box! Thanks for the beautiful photo to our wonderful rep, Just Keep Chasing Pages.

The February box included:

  • Dead of Winter by Gerri Brightwell (published by Salt Publishing)

  • Lanolin lip balm from Little Beau Sheep

  • Lime & dark chocolate bar from Kentish Chocolate

  • Sewing Kit by Ninja Book Box

  • Handwarmers by Ninja Book Box

  • Snowflake charm & leaflet with author interview, review, recommendations & supplier list.

Although we often include little bits we make ourselves, this box contained the most Ninja made gifts so far and they seem to have gone down really well! We loved making the handwarmers, in a variety of colours, some of which were made by my wonderful grandma (the ones which were several colours), who has for a long time prior to the business opening, been known as Ninja Grandma :-)

We always aim to provide fun, useful gifts and we think this box really delivered that.

If you like the sound of our boxes and want to try one out you can use HELLO10 to get 10% off the May box, themed Conspiracy by Candlelight, which is available for subscription and single purchase now.
