The Indie Book Advent Calendar will be back for 2023, with all new recipes, gifts and advent traditions, paired with preloved books personalised to your reading tastes, PLUS weekly festive activities to do together. Available for all ages. As we hand make a lot of the contents, pre-orders are open all year, to make sure we can deliver you the most amazing festive goodies.
Your Book Advent Calendar will arrive beautifully wrapped and numbered with one book per week of Advent. Each weeks' parcel will also contain a small business or Ninja made gift to brighten up your December, an Advent tradition from around the world, and one of our favourite Christmassy recipes (also easily tailored to any dietary requirements) and the calendar can be personalised according to the tastes of the recipient. We also send out a weekly email with festive acitivies we can do together each week, a festive film recommendation & a seasonal song we love, and December will see the return of our weekly Cosy Advent Lives, where you can join us to open that weeks' parcels and have a lovely chat and hang out with fellow bookish folk.
Calendars are available for children of all ages as well as adults, and we are happy to include any mixture of books for various age groups and reading levels depending on your requirements. There is also the option to choose 8 books and no gifts for children under the age of 8 years old.
Once you have ordered your Advent Calendar, we will email you a quick survey to check your preferences so we can create a beautiful bookish experience for you this Christmas. You can choose when purchasing from Children's, Teen and Adult age ranges. If the calendar is a gift, please choose your free gift card from the menu and let us know in the comments box at checkout what message you'd like included.
Pre-orders for the 2023 Book Advent Calendar are open now. Advent Calendars will be shipped towards the middle of November, arriving in time for Advent. If you have had one of our Advent Calendars in previous years, we guarantee that the contents will be all new and different for you! Advent Calendars are also available as gifts, just choose the 'gift' option & we'll be in touch to discuss your recipient's details.

UK postage is free, books and gifts will arrive in one parcel, but clearly numbered, along with an invitation to join us for our Cosy Advent Lives and open that week's parcels along with other book lovers. You will earn a stamp for every £1 spent when you join our loyalty scheme.
